VAT is included in all purchases within the European Union. However, VAT, import taxes, extra duties, customs may be subjected to all International orders upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

We aim to process all orders placed before 12pm local time on the same day, however sometimes it may take a day longer due to high volume or holiday periods.

Every order is sent with a trackable service to your shipping adress. You will receive an email with the trackingnumber when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To avoid issues with delivery, we advise to provide us with an address where someone can take delivery of the order during business hours.
